Nice to meet you! We're Tech Fleet, your friendly neighborhood collective to help people break into Tech. We're a nonprofit on a mission to create fair access to tech careers.
About our Organization
Tech Fleet is a Delaware nonprofit seeking 501(c)3 status. We exist as an online community with a global presence.
Community members are accountable for our success and our future. Members have voting power that grows as they contribute to the community through apprenticeships, mentoring, guild work, and otherwise. Our Board of Directors and Leadership Guild will be voted in as representatives of the community, and have recurring terms that renew with a vote.
Into the future, Tech Fleet’s leadership will carry out decisions as voted upon. Together the members and leadership of Tech Fleet work to create fair access to tech careers.
