2. Prepare your application answers before submitting the application

3. A passion for philanthropy and peer-to-peer collaboration

4. A willingness to put in the time and energy in the program

5. Ability to commit time to the project team

6. Prior education building foundation (bootcamp, cert, school, self-training)

7. Knowledge about your role

8. Knowledge about Agile
