  • Creating specifications and content appropriate for the brand's customer personas

  • Strategizing content pillars and sub-pillars within the product and within the project’s web presence

  • Ensure all content is optimized for search engines and meets SEO best practices

  • Overseeing writing style and tone for all content on the product and marketing

  • Developing content guidelines for style as well as tone and voice of all content, and ensuring that they are followed

  • Developing editorial strategy, so content is consistent across all delivery platforms

  • Ensuring that content strategy meets business objectives

  • Strategizing and improving content delivery and promotion

  • Analyzing content marketing strategy to evaluate whether it's working or not

Apprentice Responsibilities

  • Collaborating with the design, product strategy, and research teams to gain in-depth knowledge of all customer needs and help the leads turn them into content strategy

  • Helping create specifications and content appropriate for the brand's customer personas

  • Helping strategize content pillars and sub-pillars within the product and within the project’s web presence

  • Helping ensure that all content is optimized for search engines and meets SEO best practices

  • Writing alt-text and metadata as needed for the project

  • Developing content guidelines for style as well as tone and voice of all content, and ensure that they are followed

  • Assist in developing the editorial strategy, so content is consistent across all delivery platforms

  • Writing and editing clear, concise, and consistent content for interface elements such as buttons, labels, error messages, and help text

  • Ensuring that all content is optimized for accessibility and meets usability guidelines

  • Creating and maintaining style guides and content patterns
