The world requires experience, a portfolio, and experience. In Tech Fleet you can be a lead with none of that. While most leads carry experience, you do not need any prior experience to take a lead role in Tech Fleet projects. Leads who are brand new often need to master leadership and their role, but come out the other end all the stronger. You may be able to co-lead if you want extra help. Leads are chosen based on their prior experience in Tech Fleet and the order of application submissions.
